I work at Anduril, contributing to capable, trusted autonomous systems for the defence of Australia and our allies.
I previously spent a decade at Palantir, helping critical Australian institutions use data effectively in service of national security and other missions. Before that, I worked for Australia's Chief Scientist, who advises the Prime Minister on science and related policy issues; and I was the founding CTO of 180 Degrees, the world's largest student consulting organisation.
I’m especially interested in building software products, resilience and national security, and how people and organisations get good ideas.
What I’m thinking about:
Thinking processes for effective organisations
Games can inform enterprise software design
Technological progress in societies
